Installation steps of progressive die: windshield of lighter machine

(1) clean and level up the mounting surface of the mold (the bottom surface of the slider and the top of the workbench);

(2) move the slider to the dead point on the stroke, adjust the slider near the upper limit, and then insert the mold into the set position in the press.After confirming that the mold has been jacked to the locating pin, put down the mold lifter.Fix the fastening bolt of the lower die or the clamping device of the lower die on the surface of the workbench;

(3) use inching mode to lower the slider several millimeters above the upper die;

(4) use the slider to adjust and lower the slider again until it touches the upper die. At this time, tighten the upper die on the bottom plate with the fastening bolt or the upper die clamp;

(5) after lifting the slider several millimeters with slider adjustment, remove the parts for safekeeping of the mold;

(6) set the closing height to several millimeters higher than the set closing height;

(7) operate in inching mode at this closing height.After judging that there is no abnormality, stop the slider at the lower dead point and clamp the lower die with a fastening bolt or clamping device.

(8) return the slider to the top dead point;

(9) reset the mold closure height to the set mold closure height, and the lighter accessories are the mold closure height during mold design;

(10) the connection of the attachment device such as the wrong clamp (wrong delivery);

(11) confirm the product removal and waste disposal device;

(12) set the pressure of mold buffer device, feeding device and balancing cylinder;

(13) adjust the timing control of all actions.
