The forming of the cover parts of precision stamping parts is generally composed of blanking (or shearing), drawing, trimming, flanging, shaping, punching, bending, bulging, cutting and other basic procedures according to the needs. The cover parts of the typical structure of the luggage cabin ring generally need 4-6 procedures.There are many factors to be considered in process design, mainly including the following aspects:

(1) study stamping forming performance, processing method and processing performance.

(2) the design process is at least and can meet the performance requirements of the covering parts.In mass production, multiple processes should be combined into a single process as far as possible, small batch with a single process die.

(3) preliminary determination of mold structure and impact of strength, life size.

(4) calculate the punching pressure according to the size of the covering parts and determine the equipment used in each process.

(5) re-discuss the process design with stamping as the main subject, because even the best designer cannot be proficient in the work of various departments, and a large number of first-hand information can be collected through the discussion, so as to improve the design level.During the analysis and discussion of piezoelectric a-piece, the personnel of quality control, mold manufacturing, debugging and use should be invited to attend and make records.
